The Vaccinated first appear in All are mad here, Dude during Soulless Asylum. They are very slow by defaul and will always try to get close to The Postal Dude for a melee atack, but they are also capable of throwing a syringe if he gets too far. 5G Towers have the capability of buffing them, making them stronger and way faster.

- The Vaccinated and 5G Towers are a reference to the long debunked conspiracy theory that 5G exists solely for mind control and that the COVID-19 vaccine is what triggers the 5G mind control.
