Packaged with all non-standard editions of Postal III (Collector's Edition, Pink Ultra Limited Edition & Deluxe Edition) was an official soundtrack CD that contained various songs from the game. Despite being an official release, it doesn't include all of the music (specifically, licensed Russia songs), just select tracks.
In Nov 10, 2023, the entire soundtracks were later made available on Steam.[1]

- The track listing on the case is incorrect. It is unknown why this is.

- It is currently the only soundtrack in the Postal series to not be available on streaming services. However, the soundtrack was later made available for download on Steam.
