The Paradise Times building serves as headquarters of the Paradise Times, Paradise's local newspaper. It's located in the Greenbelt area.
Inside the building, there are a couple of desks and one office. Several items and weapons are located over the desks and the archives. Downstairs, a secret passage connects the Paradise Times building with the Fee of America bank vault.
Despite Paradise Times no longer existing in Paradise Lost, the Paradise Times building continues to function the same as in the base game.
