Description[]
Making a cameo appearance in Paradise Lost, he can be found in Fire in the Hole from Thursday onward. When first met, he will greet the player by saying "Darling, sweetie, sweetie darling, how are you pumpkin?". He wields a Dildo when aggravated.

- The real-world Milo Yiannopoulos is a controversial journalist best known for his work for Breitbart, his advocacy of pedophilia, and his association with the alt-right. His views on pedophilia were, however, only stated after the release of Paradise Lost.
- Milo was sent an advance copy of Paradise Lost as well various pieces of Running with Scissors merchandise, but was not paid for this work.
