Jihad Goat Milk is an item in POSTAL 2.

Description[]

An errand item, it can be collected from the Lucky Ganesh on Monday. When collected, the player has a choice to take the milk and run, thus causing Habib to retaliate and close the shutters to the entrance, forcing the Postal Dude to get out through the back door, or to wait in line and pay $5 for it.

Trivia[]

Only goat milk is ever seen in Paradise, implying that the people of Paradise do not consume dairy milk or possibly any dairy products at all.
