it is a good mode for begginers or people with not very good skills

Since this mode is the easiest civillians do not have any weapons while any other special group (example Police) hold weak melee weapons like Baton or Shovel.

This is the easiest mode which means that you will find guns and firearms only if they were supposed to be there
in this mode there are no random spawns of weapons like Rocket launchers or Napalm launchers
