Helper Monkey

Helper Monkeys (or just Monkeys) are an animal featured in the POSTAL series.

Postal III

The Helper Monkey first appeared in Postal III as both a throwable weapon and as enemy NPCs in Police Monkey Lab Assault. When it finds its victim, the monkey will face rape the poor NPC. This is all for naught as the thick diaper it wears prevents it from actually accomplishing this, though it's still very uncomfortable for the victim.

Alternatively, the Postal Dude can use the Lazer Pen to designate a potential victim. The Monkey was formerly used in test labs, and has an apparatus on its head which presumably alters its mind in order to make it do what it does when triggered with the laser.

POSTAL 2: Paradise Lost

A gun-wielding monkey.

In Paradise Lost, Helper Monkeys make a return as NPCs carrying guns this time around. When freed, they will protect the Dude from any perceived threats.

They are only encountered in Creature Control Center and Pets on Monday, and there are six in total. There is an achievement for freeing all of the monkeys and keeping them alive while escaping the Control Center.

POSTAL 4: No Regerts

Helper Monkeys reappear in POSTAL 4: No Regerts but are only seen on the Dude's shirt.

Trivia

• In Postal III, the Helper Monkey used by the Postal Dude is named "Motorhead Monkey".
• The species of Monkey in Postal III is a spider monkey.
• Monkeys were originally supposed to appear in POSTAL 2, but were cut and did not appear until Paradise Lost.
