D. Balltone is the name of a bookstore located at the East side of the Paradise Mall. If the Postal Dude loses his copy of Catch Her in the Rye before returning it to the Library, he can buy another one in D. Balltone. The "employees only" area of the bookstore is full of copies of Gary Coleman's What I'm Talkin' Bout. A passage in the "employees only" leads nearby the level transition between the East and the West side of the mall.
