High Flying Feline Catnip is an item in POSTAL 4: No Regerts.
Description[]
Returning from the previous games, Catnip behaves in the same manner as it did before. When dropped on the ground, the top of the tin will pop off with its scent attracting and pacifying nearby Cats. This will make them easier to collect.
When used as a consumable, it activates a bullet time effect which slows down time. When under its effects it will cause Dude’s vision to become slightly distorted by hallucination artifacts, and subtle background music can also be heard. Also, weapons will reload faster during the effect, along with unique animations depicting reloads in exaggerated manner. The Shotgun, for instance has the Dude stubbornly shove all shells into the ejection port at once (a possible reference to Beta Shotgun) which refills the entire magazine without having to reload on a per-shell basis.
