Border is the fourth area of POSTAL 4: No Regerts. As the name suggests it's the border of both Edensin and State of Arizona located in the south-west part of town. There are several houses in Arizona part but on the other side of the huge brick wall is a small Mexican town controlled by Los Oscuros.
