A Blood Bag
The Blood Bag is a healing item in Eternal Damnation, replacing Medkits. Some blood bags fully heal HP, while others heal partially; this may be a glitch, as when picking up a blood bag that fully heals John, the game refers to it as a "medkit", while others are referred to as a "blood bag".
