Description[]
Rona is the second main boss fight in the game and appears in the S.I.P. level in Soulless Asylum. He is able to constantly gain vertical height during the fight, so the player must use the Super Hooker Shotgun to catch up to him and shoot his many eyes (which is the main way of dealing damage to him). While moving upwards, the player is occasionally able to shoot targets to inject Rona with a vaccine, this vaccine removes a chunk of Rona's health. During the fight, Rona is able to spawn Lil' Ronnies to attack the player.
Trivia[]
- The metallic plate on Rona's bottom half spells "MADE IN C(HINA)"
- If the Player chooses to not inject Rona with a vaccine at any point in the fight, they will be rewarded with the "ANTIVAXXER" achievement once he is defeated
- Rona's design is based off of the real life appearance of a COVID-19 bacteria cell under a microscope
- Rona's name comes from the word 'Coronavirus' which means a type of virus that is spread through the air
