5G Towers are a group of hostiles that first appear in Search for the cure during Soulless Asylum. They are very though and have a slow swipe attack. They have the capability of mind-control on The Vaccinated, making them stronger an way faster. When low in health they will self destruct, dealing blast damage.

- They are likely based on Sirenhead, a creature created by Trevor Henderson, as they bear the same long stature/frame, monstrously-tall build, and technology-based head.
- These enemies also draw inspiration from 5G conspiracy theories, namely those which claim 5G towers have the ability to tap into people's minds or brains.
